We’ve had a small number of reports from returning players whose card collections are not currently showing. The important thing to be clear on first, your cards are safe. This is a display issue, not lost progress.

Earlier this week, CUE was affected by wider server instability linked to Google connectivity problems (Grrr). Under normal circumstances this would be a quick fix, but ongoing server work means we need to apply a few additional safeguards to resolve it properly.

All affected collections will be fully restored by Wednesday next week. This approach is the efficient way to ensure everything is returned exactly as it should be.

We know this is frustrating, and we are genuinely sorry for the disruption. Anyone impacted will be compensated, and we’ll make sure it’s handled properly for everyone affected.

As a quick additional note: any players who purchased the Epic Storm pack that experienced issues immediately after the game came back online have now had the gems they spent fully reimbursed.
