We’ve had to make a change to the Albert Einstein card. Due to the complexity around his image rights, we’ve pulled a few strings to bring you a representation of E = MC² instead.
We know altering existing cards isn't ideal, and it's something we always try to avoid. But we are having to make some changes:
The card’s ability? Still the same. Fusion recipe? Still the same. It’s a shame not to feature Einstein himself, but we think the formula still captures his legacy of his genius and discovery.
Any copies of Einstein already in your collection will change seamlessly, including cards locked in pending trades.
We totally get that changes like this aren’t ideal - especially when it might affect a card that’s close to your heart. We're genuinely sorry for the swap and truly appreciate you sticking with us. At least we’re not chasing approval from the Genghis Khan estate, unless someone’s got contact details for his 16 million descendants.
