As some of you may have experienced, over the last few days we’ve been dealing with various issues and instances of downtime. 

We’d like to take this opportunity to say sorry to all our players and thank you for your patience. Instead of storming our headquarters, you’ve been diligently reporting issues and providing us with crucial updates.

We understand how frustrating these issues can be. As a token of our apology, we’re offering a free pack in the store for all our players, which we hope will make up for any lost gaming gains.
