A quick update:
This week you might notice that our app icon has had a bit of a makeover. Don't worry, nothing has changed in game and we're not rebranding. We just thought we'd show the icon some love since we've been using the same one for quite some time!
So if you're in a panic and can't spot the app on your home screen, don't fret, it's still there but just looking a lot more fabulous!
-----------------------
As Black Parade week marches to the end, we’ve had a killer week of darkness and sorrow. But don’t start crying just yet! Before we say “So long and goodnight,” we’ve still got a few more packs and a couple of beautifully goth creatures waiting for you. Plus, don’t forget next week’s League rules can be found below.
12:00 UTC
Pick up the Paleo Legendary pack for 1 Limited Legendary and 2 Basic Legendaries, all from Paleo.
Nothing says goth like being 6 feet under. No, they’re not dead - these creatures just like living below the surface so nab the Going Underground pack for 2 more little burrowing beasties!
17:00 UTC
In space, no-one can hear you scream…but in The Mothership Space Album Chaser you’ll be screaming at how good this pack is! Contains 1 Limited Rare, 2 random Limiteds and 3 Basic cards, all from Space.
Midnight UTC
If you’re up pondering upon a midnight dreary, you might find the Pioneers of Science pack with a chance at a new card, Francis Crick. When drawn, lose 1 Energy/Turn permanently, and gain +16 Power/Turn permanently.
-----------------------
LEAGUE RULES
-----------------------
This week there’s a Starting Energy of 18, an Energy per Turn of 12, an Energy Cap of 34 and a Minimum Energy of 8.
Human Evolution is a small collection that picks up a massive boost of +100 Power in this week’s guaranteed Paleontology Arena. Try pairing this collection with Brilliant Human Body using Neanderthal and Piltdown Man’s abilities affecting both collections - especially useful as Brilliant Human Body gets +50 Power in the Science Arena this week!
Bugs gets +90 Power in the Life on Land Arena, and has absolutely loads of support. Try out a Spiders deck using abilities like Tarantula Hawk’s and Wolf Spider’s to make the most of this creepy archetype.
Fabulous Fish gets +80 Power this week and pairs well with its Feisty counterpart thanks to cards like the vile Tongue-Eating louse and the delightful Fishing Cat, while Egyptian Mythology gets +70 Power and History of Heartbreak picks up +60 Power.
