Today's free Advent pack contains a card from previous festive seasons. A free one! You can just have it! Don't let anyone take it away from you! (Unless they make a stonking trade offer, then you should maybe consider it...)
It could be from the Festive Traditions collection, or you could get a 2019 Festive Special card. You know the ones - they're in the Specials collection, they're Limited Epics, they have no game abilities BUT they are very rare and are fantastic trade stock.
Our other festive treat today is part of the 25 Gem History of Heartbreak pack - instead of the usual 6 Basic cards, it contains 12! It's a great way to go hunting for fusion ingredients, or maybe you'll get some of those harder-to-find Legendaries; and, of course, you'll get a guaranteed History of Heartbreak card.
It could be one of the four new ones - Catherine the Great & Peter III would be a fantastic addition to an inflation deck, as it can put out 100 Power over four turns. A great substitute for Anubis, if you've not reached that level yet...
