Get A Clue!

Dan

Hello! Let's get the releases out of the way quickly - We've got the Copper Scroll and Placebo Effect cards joining the game today, and there's a Prehistoric Pandemonium Avatar pack later on.

Now, have you seen our crafted cards? These are cards that you can only get by combining a specific set of nine cards using the crafting system. There are six of them out there at the moment, and if you want to know what the cards that make them are, until now you needed to be a NAUGHTY CHEATER who went online and looked up the recipes, perhaps on Discord or Reddit, without solving the clues for yourself.

What this means is that we have a lot of players out there, who aren't necessarily switched onto our social channels, who don't have the first idea about how to make those cards. If that's you, there are two solutions to this: you could start following all our socials (link to our Discord is on the homepage - seriously, it's lovely there!), or you can now go on a CRAFTING CLUE HUNT.

We've added clues to the back of all the cards required to make the existing Crafted cards, so you can solve them yourself without cheating*! Each clue leads to the next card in the sequence, and if you can solve all nine and get back to the first card, you'll know the nine cards you need to make a crafted card!

To get you started, here are some cards with clues on the backs. Each one will start you on the path to finding the recipe for one of our existing Crafted cards!

- Sea Cucumber
- Bush Cricket
- Anthias
- Beluga Whale
- Nellie Bly (this one's part of TWO Crafted card recipes - it's a cluefer twofer!)

(and for everyone who's got all the Crafted Cards already - we'll be adding clues to the back of new Crafted cards when they go out in the future! After the community's done the work to solve them, of course - you don't get it that easy!)

*of course, we can't stop you looking up the recipes online and just making the cards like that. But c'mon, it'll feel AMAZING when you figure it out for yourself!
