Mountains and Misrule

Dan

Want excitement? Yes? Then you’ll love our NEW End-User Licence Agreement. This is exactly as exciting as the last one, but with three added words: ‘operating multiple accounts’. Multiple accounts have never been permitted in CUE, and this new Agreement doesn’t change anything from a legal perspective. It’s purely to clarify that having multiple accounts is not in keeping with the spirit of the game.

I know, I know, I'm pretty stoked too. New EULA Day is always a good time, but if you could just calm down for a minute while I tell you about the Lord of Misrule, that'd be great.

They were basically a Christmas party planner for the kings of England during the Tudor period, and might have had the best job in all of history. They were hired on a temporary basis to direct all Christmas entertainment - feasts, parades, plays and, let's face it, the drinking and debauchery. More or less, it was their job to start a rager and just kind of keep it a bit contained.

But containment is not on the cards (WORDPLAY) in CUE - CHAOS is on the menu. The Lord of Misrule will give two random cards -15 Power and one of your cards +30 Power for a turn.

You'll be able to find the Lord of Misrule in several packs today - look out for the marker showing a 5% chance to find him on most Gem packs!

Also today, we have a NEW COLLECTION - MAJESTIC MOUNTAINS!

The Quarter Pounder Pack contains four new cards featuring some absolute peak peaks. We're especially excited to show you the Table Mountain card... hang on, you can't see it in the graphic above, can you?

Look at that - gorgeous, isn't it? That photograph was taken by none other than GigiXLulTSR, one of the players that frequents our Discord server. Such was their love of Table Mountain, that they offered one of their own photos for the card!

Do you have a picture of something that we could use on a CUE Card? If it's something we could actually make a CUE Card of (read: please don't suggest we make a card of, like, your garden or something), get in touch; we'd love to do this more often!
