If you think there is a problem please contact them, we've had so many customer support emails already and there isn't anything we can do to fix it.]
Hi everyone. It's us. We've been hearing of many players using Google Pay / Google Credit who are unable to complete a purchase.
These purchases are being cancelled by Google Pay before they reach us - and it seems to be more widespread than just this game.
At this stage we don't think Google has taken money from any players (but it might show as a pending transaction to you), but whatever happens, we will make sure that we put right everything that's in our power to put right.
Just didn't want you all worrying we were doing something weird.
Well, dealing with this kind of thing at 10pm on a Friday night is kind of weird. But nothing weirder than that.
(In other news, I just finished watching Turning Red with my family. Great movie, but my son thought it was 'cringe'. He's 12 though, so that was inevitable.)
