We've reached into that cardboard box in the CUE attic, pulled out our favourite cartridge and slammed it into the slot - it's Video Game Week! And as you would expect from a long-unplayed cartridge, there's some dust to blow off - it's out with the old store schedule, and in with the all new Pack Formats! Alison and Dan talked about them last week, and the first two release today.

You've probably seen the Riding the Waves Rotation Pack that came out earlier this morning (like, way earlier, it came out at midnight). For just 4000 Coins, it contains five cards, two from Riding the Waves (including its Limiteds!), one of which could be the new Epic card Korean Turtle Ships, a new and possibly-just-as-good spin on Testudo Formation!

You may also have caught the first of our Duality Packs, featuring Draugr (of God of War, Skyrim and *checks notes* actual real-life mythology fame). These packs have a 10% chance to contain a new card that buffs two different collections (in Draugr's case, Norse Mythology and Machines of War), as well as two basic cards from their albums (Arts & Culture and Science) and a Limited card too! For 20 Gems, what have you got to lose? (20 Gems - Ed.)

It's November, and so we release our latest birthstone, Citrine, which comes with the Citrine Wagtail card. Fun fact; on our social channels, we show a teaser image of some of the cards coming out each week. One user saw the Citrine Wagtail, sans the rest of its card for context, thought it was a finch and postulated that it was a reference to What Remains of Edith Finch. Well postulated, if that was you; not quite there, but we like where you're head's at and it's better than our own justification ("well, it's got "citrine" in its name too. Brunch? Brunch.")

Finally, a Plundering Pirates coin pack gives you a shot to grab some of CUE's most notoriously hard-to-find cards. Blackbeard was renowned for evading capture by the authorities (mostly), and his CUE counterpart is certainly living up to the legacy...
