Server Issues Resolved!

Oof. That certainly kept us on our toes heading into 2026.

First up - and for approximately the 17th time in the last eight days - we are genuinely sorry for the recent disruptions. Thank you so much for sticking with us while we got things back on track. Your patience has not gone unnoticed (or unappreciated).

The good news is that most - if not all - of the issues caused by last Tuesday’s server downtime should now be resolved. We’re still doing a bit of final tidying and keeping a close eye on things, just to be safe.

Players who were missing cards over the weekend should now have received a token of our apology, and quest and achievement progress should have fully caught up by this point.

If you’re still running into any issues, it would really help if you could reach out to our support team at cuesupport@avid.games so we can investigate any outliers directly.
