Survival of the Fittest

If you find yourself in the crosshairs this week, you better watch out because it’s Hunt or Be Hunted week here at CUE. Expect the deadliest beasts and the best camouflaged creatures you’ve ever seen (or not, as may be the case). Grab your binoculars because we’re on the hunt.

9:00 UTC

First up we have the Predator pack with enough gems, coins and cards to make sure you survive this week in the wilderness.

Then, this week’s League pack includes cards from Playtime, Carnivores and Cool Cats so you can start building those deadly decks. You can find this week’s League rules at the bottom of this post and prepare yourself for battle!

12:00 UTC

If something has already taken a bite out of you today, don’t worry - we’ve got you covered. In the Epic Monday pack, you might come across a new card, Antivenom, which, when drawn, if your deck contains 4 or more Venomous Creatures, reduces the Energy cost of your Life on Land cards by 1 Energy for three turns. Phew! That was a close one!

15:00 UTC

You better watch out because today’s History Finder contains one of the most fierce Vicious Vikings of them all. It’s Bjorn Ironside! The son of Ragnar Lodbrok will, when played, give your adjacent Machines of War cards +36 Power this turn.

17:00 UTC

To finish off the day, we’ve got the Ancient Creatures Gem pack, which will add even more sharp and pointy teeth to your decks. As if you didn’t have enough already!

LEAGUE RULES

-----------------------

With a Starting Energy of 100, but only 5 Energy per Turn, with an Energy Cap of 100 and Minimum Energy of 5, you might have to fight off the urge to spend it all at once - especially if you are playing the often expensive Carnivores decks for its +100 Power Arena Boost. Luckily, The Cretaceous Period and Dimorphodon both provide decent Power for just 3 Energy each!

Cool Cats get +90 Power this week, and with four of its boosts coming from Rare Cool Cats cards, Savannah Cat is a must in this deck, to give all Common and Rare Cool Cats cards +24 Power until played.

Playtime is a little collection, but it still gets +70 Power this week, and since it only has one collection boost from Memphis, you’ll want to add loads of Arts & Culture boosts if you are looking to try this collection out!

Hidden Gems gets +50 Power, which is useful for Tiger’s Eye Cool Cats ability, Ancient Greece gets +50 Power and Space Technology gets, you guessed it… +50 Power.
