Less than 7 days until Christmas is here and we’ve got another week of Festive Extravaganza here at CUE. The Elf on the Shelf has been running amok and we’ve got loads of Advent packs while the 12 Days of CUEmas also continues this week. Another 12 Days of CUEmas pack brings the little scallywag, the Sauna Elf. Yes, we think he’s creepy too but, when drawn, he’ll reduce the Energy cost of your Festive Traditions cards by -1 Energy until played and, when returned to your deck, he’ll give your Festive Traditions cards, wherever they are +10 Power until played. Maybe he’s not all that bad?

Get ready for the Winter Solstice with the Epic Monday pack and be in with a chance to discover the strange Goseck Circle. This stone structure will, when drawn, make your cards in hand cost -1 energy until played and, when returned, make your cards in hand cost +1 energy until played.

If you’re needing a rest from all the festivities, you can always prepare yourself for battle with the Japanese Folklore pack, including exciting cards like Onamazu, Nekomata, and of course - Shinigami!

Pick up the Feudal Japan pack and discover Otomo Sorin who will, when played, for every The Roman Empire card in your deck, up to a maximum of 10, give your Feudal Japan cards +2 Power until played, and vice versa.

Some more obvious Energy Rules this week with a Starting Energy and Energy Cap of 25 and Energy per Turn and Minimum Energy of 12! A Festive Special.

It’s another +100 Arena Boost for Festive Traditions this week, with even more cards coming to help out with that deck (although no spoilers here!)

It’s Energy that gets +80 Power this week, so it’s a good time for new players to try out the Turn Up the Power combo with Volta, Ampère and Watt, with James Joules providing extra Power and Energy saving measures for all three.

Roman Empire is a deck that needs no introduction with massive cards like The Great Conspiracy, Caligula and The Pantheon, this deck is pretty formidable, especially with +50 Power this week. Luckily there’s Ragnar Lodbrok and Attila the Hun to fight back against these powerful decks!

‍Cute Cats, Forces of the Universe and Ocean Mammals all get +40 Power this week too.
