We definitely wouldn’t recommend playing with any of the dolls in store today! Except, of course, to put them in your deck and utterly petrify your opponent with them. From 12:00 UTC, you can find today’s 50/50 pack sitting in the store, looking back at you with its creepy little doll face and the chance of either of 2 new cards: the Voodoo Doll or the Shikigami.
If you dare to pick up the Voodoo Doll and your deck has 4 or more The Occult cards, your opponent’s cards in hand lose -7 Power at the start of each turn. Or, if you manage to brave the Shikigami (which begins life as a folded paper mannequin before trying to possess everything in your house), your Japanese Folklore cards gain +26 Power on the turn that it’s played.
You can also opt to play it safe with the Jewel in the Crown, available from 09:00 UTC, and then the Booster pack and Pick ‘n’ Mix packs, both available from 17:00 UTC. All 3 are full to the brim with cards and some might even treat you to some gems and coins too!
Then, gracing the store at the stroke of Midnight UTC is the Philosophy pack, with an opportunity for the new Panaetius card. When drawn, if your deck contains Posidonius (coming very soon!), then your Panaetius card will gain +25 Power until played.
