LEAGUE RULES BELOW
It’s been hard to say goodbye to Cute ‘n’ Cuddly week, but we do have an excellent new theme for you all which should soften the blow somewhat - the Time Warp theme!
Our League Pack features Mega Math, The Roman Empire and Ice Age - it’s been a while since we’ve seen Ice Age in the game, so it’s a great opportunity to grab cards like Dire Wolf, and we have the Space-Time Sale with loads of Gems, Coins and cards. They’re both out at 09:00 UTC.
We are also celebrating Helen Keller Day - with a completely FREE card featuring the legend herself. The first person with deafblindness to earn a college degree, she was also an outspoken advocate for women’s rights and triumphed as an author and political activist, publishing her first Autobiography at the age of 23!
We start the week at the very, very beginning of time, with The World Turtle. For those out of the loop, it's a massive floating turtle with four massive elephants on its back which keeps our world upright. It has an amazing ability too - if your deck contains exactly 4 cards from any album, give those cards +17 Power until played! The card can be found in the Life on Land Finder at 15:00 UTC.
Before then, we have the Geocentric Model in Epic Monday (the model in which the Earth is the centre of the Universe). Rightfully, it draws Power from Solar Systems to give it to your Earth card!
The Forces of the Universe rotation pack is also out now, featuring Dark Energy, the… stuff that makes up 95% of Space, and can reduce the Energy cost of a massive card in your deck!
…And if that’s not enough, at 17:00 UTC we have Documented in the store (featuring an old favorite, Magna Carta)!
There’s more Energy to play with this week, with a Starting Energy of 25, an Energy per Turn of 16, an Energy Cap of 42 (our favorite number) and Minimum Energy of 8.
With Ice Age’s +70 Power this week, we imagine we’ll start seeing some Bearded Seals around again, and almost certainly a few Hoths and Refrigerators if Heimdall’s involved.
Mega Math gets a very decent +60 Power, try Tessellation, Pythagoras’ Theorem and Fuzzy Logic for these decks for the Math buffs, or Handwashing and Leonardo Da Vinci if your deck is full of Science cards.
The Roman Empire has about a million boosts already, but the extra +50 Power won’t hurt. With cards like Domitian and Testudo Formation, it’s a hard deck to resist!
THIS week, Sea Birds and Little Critters get their time in the sun, with +40 and +30 Power respectively, with Gorgeous Graphic Design picking up +30 Power.
