We're Being Obtuse... Again...

Dan

We know, we know - another week, another Quarter Pounder Pack with tenuous links to the theme. "What willful obtusery (not a word - Ed.) have you got for me to furrow my brow over today, CUE?" you lament.

Allow me to explain each one so that we're all carolling from the same song sheet here.

Ribbon Seal - Because you put ribbons around Christmas Presents.

Sea Angel - Because you put an angel on the top of your Christmas tree.

Chestnut Bob - "Chestnuts roasting on an open fire..."

Spice Finch - Because the Spice Girls had three consecutive UK Christmas Number 1 records (2 Become 1 in 1996, Too Much in 1997 and Goodbye in 1998), a feat that looks set to be bested this year by... sigh... LadBaby.

You can get them all in the Quarter Pounder Pack, releasing a couple of hours after this post goes live!

UPDATE Oh, apparently that's not the reason we picked Spice Finch, it's because it is also known as the nutmeg mannikin and you use nutmeg in eggnog. I stand corrected.
